Reinstall not work!

Hello to all,
I have my dedicated server at 2 days. And i can not use this. The reinstall/install not work and the system not send any login data to my email. I have 4x testen with other images (ubuntu,centos) please solve this problem or refund the money.

I have this problem for 1 year.
I have changed my email address in my profile and I have received the login and password.I recommend using a Gmail address if it is possible.
Probably a bug did not solve today by the firstheberg web dev
